- File a UCC-1 Financing Statement in the United States as an extra-protective measure.
- Record a priority interest on your land within the Personal Property Security Registry of your Province (recording provided for you to execute independently)
- Clearly outline YOUR land use contract (land use rules and covenants) as an offensive measure in response to the consolidation and implementation of municipal “15-minute-city” district zoning regulations.
- Draft a Notice of Interest and notify Government Servicing corporations of your priority interest and their assignments and duties under the new arrangement.
- All instruction is live in this Done-With-You process (Personal Property Registry recording provided as logistically you need to do separately)
- All templates that you will customize in the workshop as we go
