Manitoba Authentication Instructions

To have documents Authenticated by our office please follow these instructions:

    1. Have your documents notarized by a Notary Public. A Notary public is a lawyer. We do not have a Notary Publics in our office. 
    2. Mail the notarized documents to our office. We do not accept any documents by email or fax.
    3. The fee is $12.00 per document. We will accept money order, bank draft or payment option form. No personal cheques.
    4. Include the notarized documents, a note/letter with your name and telephone number and a pre paid self addressed return envelope. We recommend using Express Post envelope as it has a tracking number. We are not responsible if your documents get lost in the mail.
    5. The processing time is approximately 5- 10 business days.

Will arrange with you to notarize originals, drop off certified copies to authentications for you with cover letter (template below), the prepaid envelope addressed to you and the payment for authentications and send you back the original certificates in another prepaid envelope addressed to yourself you will provide for the cost of: $115.00 + gst

Mailing Instructions For BC & ROLB to Official Documents


  1. Copy the Cover letter template for yourself to use and edit the information that is correct at your time of mailing including amounts enclosed.
  2. Sign document with Blue Pen (First, Last name as usual)
  3. Attach one of the registered mail tracking stamps at the top right as shown in above example on your cover letter. You will get these registered mail stickers from the post office. Attach the other one to the receipt you get at the post office when sending. Put this in your binder for your records. Take a picture of your document or photocopy it and keep a record in your binder with a picture of the envelope.
  4. Send Registered Mail.
  5. When your documents come back, keep them in your binder (in plastic sleeves to keep them in good shape).
