Power Of Attorney

POWER OF ATTORNEY

The Value of Power Of Attorney: The state presumes administration rights when you and your parents grant control and fail to show up to administrate your estate and until you do that, you are deemed an incompetent minor.

Part of regaining control over your estate can be done by will, letters of administration, counter-deeds, declarations, trust certificates and trusts, deeds of conveyance, notices of interest and now the power of attorney.
