In this program you will:

Create a Private Trust and Claim your land as private under the Hague Trust Convention.
File a UCC-1 Financing Statement in the United States
Record a priority interest on your land within the Personal Property Security Registry of your Province (recording provided for you to execute independently) (Americans do not need to do this step)
Clearly outline YOUR land use contract (land use rules and covenants) as an offensive measure in response to the consolidation and implementation of municipal "15-minute-city" district zoning regulations.
Draft a Notice of Interest and notify Government Servicing corporations of your priority interest and their assignments and duties under the new arrangement.
