Step 4: Who Am I?

There is a lot of talk about status and who we are in the world. This is an expansive question. One with both metaphysical implications, commercial uses, and indoctrination's. As any of these modules shows, you must find the answers for yourself and perform your own due diligence to find what is relevant and applicable to you in any given situation.

As we have learned, the public-facing entity you use within the commercial world can wear many statutory character hats depending on the situation and you will need to know when and how these apply. We have covered off already many of the commercial hats you may need to wear.

In the public world, commerce and monetary infrastructures make the world. We might not like to admit it, but an organized infrastructure is important to maintain peace, order, and good governance. A system of financial trading provides a system of equal exchange for value given. At least that’s what us utopian believers would like to hold in our hearts and minds as true.

As society is made up of multiple personalities and idealisms, order out of chaos and longstanding agendas provides an opportunity to create endless ways to navigate the world. As more people find ways out of loopholes, centuries of learning and manipulating, the system develops and morphs.

Roman civil law has been structured it seems to benefit the few and enslave the rest that are unaware of the snares of the commercial world of admiralty.   These systems can be viewed in an altruistic form to help prevent wars by formulating rules that help us engage with each other in a civilized manner, across borders, across milestones, precedents, and belief systems. And this helps to inject reason and logic into sometimes illogical mindsets, socialist cartel forming societies, and control agendas.

It is supposed to provide checks and balances that we the people must ensure don’t fall out of balance. As a result of our miasma, our complacency, and failure to hold our governments accountable, we have what we see today. The formation of the mirror images of a coming Babylon/Atlantean out of control structure and agendas.

First and foremost you are a creation of the creator – a man or woman. Biblically you are the child and creation of God, Yashua, Jehovah, Abba, Father, Lord, Sananda, et al others. Technically the bible says, made in the image of God, an heir which makes you universally domiciled.

As the pope claimed all life on earth through unam sanctum, the catholic world considers us born sinners in recognition of God's wishes to deem us as such. As Adam was the first who died because he left the garden of Eden, the world of God’s Will and estate, we fell out of grace with God and our original family. We turned our back on our family and lost the gift of the family fortune/estate.

And we, as the continuation of family of the first creations, we were automatically deemed sinners at birth and fall under God’s divine punishment according to the bible which we now know if the superior law book in the courts and sits above mans statutory corporate rules. This is why I believe, the birth registration documents have your mother as an informant….she is laying information that a sinner/criminal entered into the world. Rather than changing the title for the sections where mother/father fills out their names to principal/owner/poa/parent, it's left to the definition of the state.

When we fail to claim our children from the first registration or when we fail to return to accept the will and estate of God, we remain deseized of our property and estates. As registered abandoned property/dead entity, we have no claim or priority position over our own estates.

So on one side of the world as we mentioned in the Two Worlds module, you are the living on the right side of the ledger and dead on the left side of the ledger – you left the world of credit/Grantor of Dominion. On the living side, we are man/woman from the house of the surname under the prepaid will of God’s estate.

To me, on the commercial side we are always some form of an agent/trustee/steward/principal/proxy relationship regardless of the title placed onto it. You were assigned a fictional estate/trust at birth for use as a conveyancing entity to distinguish as a chargeable and non-chargeable event.

The people have been led out of Egypt, the land of dead slaves, over and over, for centuries. The world is waking up to this, how their lives and energy have been used to collateralize the public debt for special interest corporations. Christ’s life was taken by Caesar as a purchase for our redemption and SINS. We failed to honour that contract and come under God’s will so we could be redeemed and into the credit that is waiting for us. And since we provide the substance and value – we are technically private bankers and the money resource. This is what the system is afraid of.

The system is at odds with this entitlement. If a bunch of youngsters suddenly got a hold of the keys to the kingdom what do you think would happen to the planet or the commercial world if they were not groomed for that kind of responsibility?

And what do you think people will do once they realized what happened? So they must keep us in a state of confusion correct? That’s why you need to be solid in knowing who you are, what you need to do yourself to maintain your own good governance, do not harm ‘constitutions’, and peace.

And if we are the walking emotionally, dysfunctionally wounded that are out of balance when we are handed this responsibility, do you think we would remain in a peaceful state or fight over the toys in the sandbox? How long do you think daddy would let you have the keys to the kingdom if you didn’t know how to operate it?

It generally is about who is the trustee. Who pays and who gives the value. The system has no value without you. Your life produces the substance that backs the system and that is our punishment for our sins of leaving heaven on earth, removing ourselves from our own land and onto the high seas of commerce.

Knowing who you are makes the difference between legal slavery and lawful freedom. Being collateral or using the credit available for you as pledged by the crown and the vicar of Christ.

Its our misunderstanding of how things work, who plays what role and who’s liability is it. The government was set up as trustees to administrate the public order and safety. We are the intended beneficiaries of that and are always taxed because we hold their licenses and certificates. We take a benefit of the King’s private commercial law world and according to them are enriched, which makes us liable for the franchisee tax/fees. We are the holders, we are the trustees unless you change your status and standing.

Knowing who you are affects how you navigate the seas of commerce, your success in courts and your interactions with agencies and commercial entities – the contracts that bind you.

Some of the things we know work in court are establishing that the surname was assigned to you at birth without your permission, that you are the principal of your estate, you are the executor of the estate administrating your estate etc… so get to know what each of these roles do.

As the crown has taken conduct of your estates, they are the principals, beneficiaries, the trustees in fact on the commercial side, proprietors of your franchise until you establish this. You are the citizen property, debtor, surety/subrogee.

You don’t have to change your status. You can live as you are now, as a servant and surety for the Canadian corporation. However, know that you will be subject to more and more developing franchise restrictions and loss of rights/ living with no rights and be deemed an enemy/debtor/opponent/corporate fiction unless you know how to navigate things.

When the complaint is lodged by the Government for a fine, fee or a tax, all of which are revenue, they are imposed only on Corporations. See Colonial Pipe Line Co. v. Triagle, 421 US 100 (1975), if Respondent is not a Corporation he cannot appear and plead.

See West Union Tel. Co. v Eyser, 2 Colo. 141; Greenwood v. Railroad Co., 123 Mass. 32; Foster v. white Cloud, 32 Mo. 505; Hobich v. Folger, 20 Wall. 1; Boyce v M.E. Church, 43 Md. 359; Folsom v. Star Union Etc. Freight Line, 54 Iowa 490. This is why they can’t hear you. This is why your paperwork must be correct going into the court if you are subpoenaed. Settle with your adversary before it goes to court? Who’s appearing for that name that’s being charged? How does your paperwork reflect this? Did you qualify your signature?

Courts are enriched by you entering them. They make money from your estate by charging your estate through the birth bond/registration entry and this way they can trade these certificates and instruments on the open market. So it’s not in their best interests for you to win or take control of the paperwork.

Alongside of this, the Attorney General represents the government, so when you attempt to hold a government agent accountable, immediately there’s a conflict of interest. So how can you win? They are supposed to self-regulate in a fair and equitable manner, but since you don’t and they don’t come with clean hands how can that happen?

Getting to know the nuances of ensuring equitable justice is not easy and is time consuming. So be prepared to invest some time into your freedom. It won’t happen overnight nor is it intended to. You’ve had a life time of indoctrination and that takes some time to undo the mental processes and beliefs.

Now keep in mind, in their altruistic form, courts can assist in keeping true criminals in line. However, that line has become blurred where the court and lawyers create criminals to fleece our estates, generate more incomes for themselves from your wealth. Call it a sort of legal quantitative easing.

All along your life you will be offered contracts. You will need to know how contracts are formed and how to rescind them or alter those that do not protect your rights. You will also need to know how to reserve your rights and what contract terms and conditions to include.

Fraud vitiates contracts. Once you discover it, the contract is null and void, nor are you required to perform. You must inform the other party(s) that you discovered the fraud and let them know you won’t be performing on that basis. In contracts there must also be a thing called mutuality of contract where one party does not have unequal advantage. Since there is no statute of limitations on fraud, you can bring this matter up at any time.

Why were we lied to? Who says you were lied to? Everything they do is normally noticed to you in some form or another. It’s your job as a self-governing individual to read the terms of the contract, recognize when a contract or trust is being formed, to read their acts and statutes and to know what you are getting yourselves into. That is what coming of age is about. I don’t want to use the word adult, cause that is committing adultery.

If you want to be treated like a competent sovereign entity, then you must demonstrate your capacity, competence and consciousness to do so.

Consider that they want you to get it, but they cannot give you the answers. They take liability when they do that. Especially if they are wrong…. That’s why you must prove you know what you are doing and will do it without harming others or be able to defend yourself against violations.

Yes, it can be said that there are so many acts and statutes its impossible to have enough life time to go through them all and that significant cases and settlements are hidden from the public so that we may not have all the facts. But when you are engaged in corporate espionage, corporate contracting, it’s really a state of war between competitors.

Aren’t you a competitor? Aren’t you at odds with their profiteering agendas? Sure it’s not fair, and the bully makes all the rules, however, remember, you left the garden of Eden and are presently a sinner. So sinners need to be punished correct?

When you decide to leave the system, you are leaving the comforts of it depending on how you leave it. In the bible it says to forsake man’s world. Some have given it all up and gone into the woods, or live in tents, couch surf etc… literally given it all up – abandoned their ship.

I don’t think you need to do that personally. If God set up these principalities and the system to help us return to Eden/heaven on earth, then we haven’t seen the path to that freedom. The path is narrow and that’s why many give up or return back to the muck.

As I have been studying the bible more, the answers are all in there! All about the estate and redemption. In the land titles and acts, there are many gems in those documents to about how to reclaim your land and estates. We are the movable land, the real property, as we were created from the dust and will return to the dust. Get that concept for a moment. How does that affect how you would register or de-register things now?

The system was set up for our benefit and since we provide the value – we fund it. So aren’t we entitled to discharge and set-off for our contributions? Unfortunately, the agents in the system are compartmentalized and CRA agents have admitted they don’t want to take on the liability, but they are the ones who took the job! They are the trustees and that this part of the oath and responsibilities endowed on their position. It says so in the 1985 Canadian criminal code sec 46 (2) by searching the term trustee.

Going through this evolution to self-regulating/self-determining has its ups and downs. It’s emotional highs with successes and emotional lows when you are being pressured and attacked by ignorant agents. It’s a journey that requires fortitude, focus and determination. You have it in you. The path will unfold as it needs to and you need to trust that where you are in this moment in time is perfect and creator driven.

Make sure you keep good records of your notices, affidavits, files, documents, originals. Keep these in safe places and have a back-up of your records in case your home or business gets raided. Your opponent may not likely play nice.

Also a note, if you have not expressed your will or reserved your rights, how can anything they do be a crime if you haven’t expressed your will or protected yourself? They are governed by their own protocols, but as we’ve seen, they don’t play be their own rules. So you must establish your guiding principals, self-determination goals for yourself and your family to the best of your ability. Stay in your truth, focus on the tasks at hand, and seek help where ever possible from those that have gone before you and trust the answers will always be there for you.

How will the government know who you are? They will see, hear and believe you because you believe it, see it, live it and know it for yourself. And that kind of presence develops over time with practice, confidence, faith and diligence. They will stop harassing you, you will stop getting letters in the mail, etc… and your life becomes more peaceful. And if it doesn’t, something is amiss and you need to stop, assess and correct. There is no forgiveness in commerce, so you must learn to forgive yourself for your errors or omissions. That if you end up in jail, it’s because you were supposed to be there for a reason.

Also know that your daily actions towards this path of truth helps all of humanity as that intention resonates into the collective consciousness and that is a benevolent force that cannot be stopped. Doesn’t knowing that bring you some peace of mind that you’re not alone. Others have come before you, like Jesus – the original freeman on the land and others will follow you. Hopefully in a more balanced, free society as a result of your work and ours here today.
