The first step to remove the status of adversarial possession is to order the actual documents. We need to remove this assumption so as to stay in equitable honor and have real evidence of our Claims later on.
Every newspaper has a Legal Notices section in their local newspaper. It is recommended that One does the Notice close to the Province where their Named ESTATE was originally registered. So if you were born in Chilliwack, you would want to run an ad in a Chilliwack newspaper for 30 days. You can also post the Notice at the Court House and take a witness and capture photo and date details of said notice. PUBLIC NOTICE is the goal. You can also run the notice where you are currently at if you cannot run the ad at place of birth registration.
