Chapter 1 Overview:

We are all in contracts with the government, their subcontractors, agents and/or assigns. All of the contracts being generated in this sea of commerce, known as our community and lives, create accounting values in what is known as your Personal Information Banks (PIBS). In this chapter you will explore how to identify your position in a contract and your position in the landscape of commerce, so that YOU can begin to innerstand how to make your claim to the interest in these contracts and PIBs.
